Chasing bait around in the summer was key for the third stop of the team trail schedule. Finding pods of smelt main lake with electronics then casting drop shots and swimbaits got the biggest bites.

Drop shots fished slowly on points produced some quality post spawn smallmouth. The water is extremely clear and stealthiness is key. It also seemed to help to let the areas rest and come back after an hour or so.
