fishing is tough on 14 with the water rising, focus on finding cleaner water in the backwaters and use a swim jig or frog to catch fish. the fish mostly seem to be post spawn but are staying near spawning areas with the high water

Fish were pressured and had to finesse them out. Pitching a wacky rig on the outside of sparse cover and riprap. For the heavy cover, lay downs, and places with a little more current they were eating the Missile Baits Craw Father in Super Bug.
