Smallmouth were set up on wing dams, with deep water access. Small football jigs, ned rigs, and dt 6's did most of the damage. Fishing the jigs parallel to wing dams seemed to work the best to keep jig in strike zone

Staying around 8ft to 14ft on east side of river just below dam, vertical jigging tipped with a minnow. Pick up bouncing off the bottom, hits on the fall.
