target bass while they are spawning in the back of creeks and coves. areas that arent too steep and also are made up of good bottom compounds for spawning fish. With the sleeper craw, pitch slight past the bed then drag it onto the bed.

N side of lake all beds were found in 5-8ft of water, some other smalmouth and largemouth were also caught on dropshots fishing on points. Went up creek arm and through senkos in the bushes and caught a few largemouth, one weighing around 3lbs. Total of 25 bass, 19 smallmouth 6 largemouth.

Lots of these Crappie were in the spawn and many moving into the spawn. target lead in banks and the back of pockets. Within those areas gravel and baseball sized rocks were the best but I found them in everything including weedy areas. with the curly tail, cast cost to the short and work your way to the boat or throw parallel (0-5ft) from bank and swim it SLOWLY back. Colors that worked the best were Black+chartreuse, and White.

With the Bass in all stages of the spawn, located the back of coves, pockets and creek. Always be on the lookout for Bass Busting on bait at the surface. switch up your cadence as well as the aggressiveness of your pops. cover as much area as you can.

The bluff walls and the points coming off the shore were hot spots for smallmouth with an occasional walleye. The Ned rig was the bait that a majority of the fish were caught on, but had the bigger quality fish came on the glide bait and spook.

Water temperature is at 60° and the largemouth bass are in the shallow water looking to make beds. Smallmouth are suspended near rock outcroppings and getting very aggressive. The wind has been intense so be careful on the water.
