Stumbled upon an aggressive offshore bite. Fish were schooled up and related to deep rock piles and reeds, particularly those with coontail in 8-16’. Also worked the rock/sand transitions of Walleye Point. In addition to dropshotting, dragging and even vertical jigging a simple jig worm boated several nice smallmouth.
