Was fishing a weed edge from 5 to 8 feet of water dragging the crankbait through and over the weeds. Looking for staging bass in the weeds. Caught occasional northern pike as well.

Fishing 8ft close to underwater weeds for staging fish. Using dt 6 just above the tops of the weeds slow rolling it looking for aggressive fish. Found northerns and largemouth early in the morning
