Caught a ton of spotted bass on points. Was looking for the bigger fish. I went looking at brush piles in 10-20ft of water. Started catching better fish. Tried swimming a minnow over them and they wouldn’t commit. Tossed a texas rig in the same brush piles and they would swim down and pick it up.
