Using good mapping of the lake and your electronics to find rocky humps. I've caught good size largemouth around the rock structures using a 5" wacky rigged senko on a dropshot. I like to use an Arsenal Fishing silicone band when hooking wacky still with this presentation, helps keep the worm positioned right. Dragging the dropshot will result in some big fish!
