I had a blast fishing small swimbaits on Lake Weiss for the Hobie Bass Open Series. I had a bunch of success up shallow and over brush piles with a smeltinator jig head paired with the royal bluegill spark shad from megabass. Cast up along structure or the brushline and slow roll that little swimbait and you will be hooking into some fiesty largies and spots!
