Caught a limit of crappies in standing timber holding tight to the trees around 10-15” deep in 15-30” of water. A decent amount of white bass mixed in.

I was dropping a jig down to about 10-15ft over suspended schools near brushpiles and standing timber. I was alternating between that and using a cork and jig combo. My cork is a 5/8' cork fixed with a toothpick set at about 5-7ft deep in 10-12ft of water near deep water. The bites were sluggish when they bit. Search for the bigger schools near standing timber or brush piles. Jenko Mermaids and Tickle fry in the dirty milk is killer on that lake!
