It's been a werid spring. Water temps were 68-69 degrees on the main lake. Herring weren't pushed all the way up on the points, but the bass were in in 2-5 feet of water ambushing the swimbait bite. Wind was brutal, but the bite was worth it. Once the rain started around 1, the wind died down to be just right and the bite got even better.

Near flooded grass we found small groups of fish here and there that would hit worms if fished really slow. Some big bass still getting ready to spawn. Biggest was 5 lb.
