If you recently subscribed or renewed
I just paid for PRO. What happens to my subscription?
Your subscription stays active until it expires. You keep access to Omnia map layers and sourced data including water temperature, tides, water levels and DNR survey data, plus retail and all Omnia community content: fishing reports, technique rankings and pattern data.
The Navionics and C-MAP layers have been removed. Depth contours, vegetation and bottom composition will no longer be available.
Retail and all Omnia Fishing report and other data will remain available on the web and app.
Why don’t I get Navionics and C-MAP anymore?
Those layers were licensed from third parties, and we are ending those agreements.
Will my Omnia PRO subscription auto-renew?
No. While some of our subscriptions do auto renew depending where you made your purchase, all auto renewals have been turned off. Your subscription stays active until it expires. You’ll lose access to the map layers of PRO when your subscription expires.
When my subscription to PRO expires will I still have access to any data?
Yes. While your subscription to some layers will turn off at subscription you’ll still always have access to free public data like fishing reports, hotbaits, and other POIs in the map screen.
I paid for a product that included those maps. Am I getting money back?
We are unable to issue refunds at this time. We will provide additional details of limited refund options at a later date.
Can I cancel instead?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are cancelled in your device settings, since those platforms manage cancellation policies and billing.
Are you still selling PRO?
No. We have stopped accepting new subscriptions and renewals at this time and until further notice.
If you bought a gift card as part of the free-year promotion
I bought a gift card and got a year of PRO with it. What happens to both?
The gift card remains valid but you will be unable to redeem the free year of PRO. If you're a current subscriber, your PRO subscription continues, with the same layer changes described above.
Your gift card balance remains valid and redeemable for the face value of the gift card. Please fill out this form to receive a refund if you prefer not to use your gift card.
Where do I redeem my gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed through normal retail purchases you’ve enjoyed to date. Redemption instructions and any current limitations, including how out-of-stock items are handled, remain in effect.
My gift card was the reason I signed up. Does the map change affect it?
No. The gift card balance is unaffected by anything happening with the map layers.
