United States Shipping Policy

We know you have options when purchasing fishing gear and we appreciate your business. Although our focus is bringing you the best features and technology for a hyper-personalized shopping experience we also want to be the best most affordable online fishing gear retailer on earth.

All Canadian orders ship via FedEx Ground International (2-5 day transit time)

No US Taxes are included within your shipments however you will be responsible for any additional customs fees, duties and/or taxes subject to Canadian policies.

Canadian duty & tax details from the US to Canada:

  • Up to CAN$40: duty and tax free
  • Above CAN$40 to $150: duty free, but taxes still apply
  • Above CAN$150: duties and taxes apply

International

All International orders will include a $20 shipping fee. International orders ship FedEx Ground International, however we can ship with USPS upon request. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.

Applicable duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Orders

You will receive an email confirmation after we have successfully received your order. Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order - we are unable to make changes once the order has left our warehouse. Your confirmation email will include your order number and shipping method selected. 

Orders will be processed and ready for shipment the same day the order is placed as long as we received it by 1 PM Central US time (Monday-Friday). Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., items that require drop shipment from the manufacturer and orders that contain tackle and rods/reels in the same order).

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and are itemized on the order slip.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order if the item[s] are returned in the original condition with tags. Anything returned after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at hello@omniafishing.com and we will provide the return label for you. There is a $7 flat rate fee for the label that will be deducted from your refund.

A refund will be issued once we receive returned items. Any items that are damaged or used when we receive them are not eligible for a refund and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Returns are credited to the original payment method unless received more than 30 days after the purchase date. If your order contains items purchased with an Omnia Premium rebate, you will receive a replenishment of that rebate instead of a cash reimbursement.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund and will be sent back at your expense.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we do not accept returns of gift cards or Premium membership subscriptions.

Free Gift

If your order contains a free gift, you must also return the free gift to receive a full refund. If the free gift is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the full market value of the free gift from your refund. 

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges on apparel. There is a separate section on the return form for exchanges on apparel. In the event that we do not have the requested item(s) in the exchange process, we will treat the exchange as a return and you'll receive a full refund for the item(s) subject to any limitations in our policies.

Orders Purchased with Omnia Premium Rebate

Our Omnia Premium membership is awesome because it gives you a 10% rebate on every order you make. If you decide to return or exchange an item purchased using your rebate dollars you will be issued an Omnia store credit instead of a cash refund.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. 

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the $7 flat rate return label fee. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary depending on the credit card issuer.
