United States Shipping Policy
Shipping is $5 for all orders under $50 and free for orders over $50* for non-premium omnia members.If you're an Omnia Premium Member, shipping is free for orders of all sizes (oh, and did we mention that you get 10% back as an end of year dividend on all your purchases?) Free shipping on orders over $50 is a limited time offer and subject to change.
We know that you have options when purchasing fishing gear and we appreciate your business.Although our focus is bringing you the best features and technology for a hyper personalized shopping experience we also want to be the best most affordable online fishing gear retailer on earth.To that end we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50*.Orders less than $50 have a flat rate of $6.We can only offer free shipping to non-premium members in the contiguous United States.We also offer an Omnia Premium membership for $29/year that offers free ground shipping with no minimums in the contiguous United States.All shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will incur the full cost to ship your products to you.We will provide an estimate at checkout.
We have a flat rate tube charge of $10 that will be applied to all orders for rods that require a tube.
For orders over $50 expedited shipping is $5 for 2 Day and $10 for Next Day. Orders placed weekdays before 2:00 P.M. Eastern time will ship same day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.Orders that require multiple boxes may incur an additional charge.Tube charges apply to next day and overnight shipments.Limited offer, subject to change.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.We are unable to ship outside of the US and Canada at this time.
We ship with a variety of carriers depending on the destination of the shipment and estimated delivery date may be determined by the carrier and destination.We are centrally located in Minnesota which helps reduce distance from any particular spot in the United States.We ship using Spee-Dee Delivery Service when possible for any shipments with the States of ND, SD, NE, MN, WI, MI (U.P. only), IA, IL.For more details about the zone check out the map here.While not a guarantee and subject to some exceptions within that zone we can get you your shipments to in 2 days at no additional cost if your order is received by 2pm Central Time.If an order for destination within this zone is received by 2pm it will get picked up the following day and arrive next day.Our use of Spee-Dee is an attempt to provide as many of our customers with a better, faster shipping experience without an added cost. However, if you select and pay for a 2-day upgrade on your shipping order it will likely be shipped by Fedex or UPS to ensure that it will get it you in 2 days.
Returns are credited to the original payment method, unless received more than 30 days after the purchase date.If your order contains items purchased with an Omnia Premium rebate your will receive a replenishment of that rebate instead of a cash reimbursement.
Standard shipping (3 to 10 business day transit) is a flat rate of USD$20 for all orders. We do not offer expedited shipping to Canada at this time. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping. Please note, not all items can ship to Canada. Canadian shipping eligibility is indicated on the item detail page.We cannon currently ship outside of the United States and Canada.
All shipments to Canada are delivered duty paid, so there will never be any additional co st beyond what is captured at checkout.
You will receive an email confirmation after we have successfully received your order.Please confirm that the shipping address that you indicated on the order is correct because we can't make changes once the order has left our warehouse.This email will include your order number and shipping method selected.Orders will be processed and ready for shipment in the same day the order is placed as long as we received it by 2pm Central US time. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. We try to avoid this when possible but please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, backorder, personalized item and orders that contain tackle and rods/reels in the same order).
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the order slip.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order if the item[s] are returned in the original condition with tags.Anything returned after 30 days of receipt will not be eligible for refund but may be eligible for account credit if returned within 90 days and can be restocked.Please do not return any goods after 90 days.
A refund will be issued once we receive returned items.Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund.
Returns (US Only, all 50 states)
Step 1 – Go to returns.omniafishing.com and enter your email address that you used to make a purchase or log into your account and click returns.Follow the instructions to start your return and obtain a pre-paid shipping label.We will deduct a flat fee of $7 from your refund or store credit amount if a refund or credit is provided.
Step 2 – Fill out the Return Form below and indicate the code for returning the product
Step 3 – Return product(s) in the original packaging and include a copy of your invoice and this Return Form in a securely taped package.Attach the pre-paid shipping label.If you'd prefer to use your own shipping method, please keep record of your return tracking and send the package to the following address:

Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund and will be sent back at your expense.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns of gift cards or premium membership subscriptions.
If your order contains a free gift you must also return the free gift to receive a full refund.If the free gift is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the full market value of the free gift from your refund.
We only accept exchanges on apparel.There is a separate section of the return form for exchanges on apparel.In the event that we do not have the requested item(s) in the exchange process we will treat the exchange as a return and you'll receive a full refund for the item(s) subject to any limitations in our policies.
Orders Purchased with Omnia Premium Rebate
Our Omnia Premium membership is awesome because it gives you a 10% rebate on all dollars you spent for the year to be used to restock the tacklebox next year. If you decide to return or exchange an item purchased using your rebate dollars you will be issued an Omnia store credit instead of a cash refund.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund.Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less shipping costs (for clarity sake, you'll be charged for all shipping costs to return the item(s)), plus taxes, if applicable for US orders. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary depending on credit card issuer.
