I was able to get out after the historic tornados that hit the area. Luckily no one in my family was hurt or affected, but did have a few friends who had some significant damage to their properties, thinking of them as they begin to rebuild. Fished in the pouring rain, but it paid off with this 5lb+, 20.5” female. I found her in pad stems in about 3 FOW quite a ways off from the bank. The lake is super low, probably still 3-4ft below normal pool, which is why it was only 3 FOW. Kinda treacherous getting around out there, but worth it. They’re starting to fire up it seems.
