This was a very tough day of fishing. Thunderstorms all night before and during the day. The water was heavily stained. The fishing was slow, and it was a war of attrition. Cast after cast, you had to continue to beat the banks, structure, and any laydowns. The water temperature was around 60 degrees. The fish wanted a chatter bait and even that was super slow. The only other thing we even had a strike on was a square bill crankbait.
