Slow bite and when nothing is working, throw a wacky rigged worm. As soon as it hit the water, the line took off. Best one yet here.

Getting cold and this place is hard to find a bite. Got 6 using a 2.5 Yamatanuki with some new X Braid on a spinning rod. Not worried about size, just out chasing bites and having fun.

Omnia doesn't offer the exact buzzbait from Greenfish, so I couldn't add it. However, a toad toting style buzzbait and covering a lot of water helped put 16 pounds of largemouth in the boat. We had a lot of wind and overcast that day, and it helped generate a great bite.

I caught them cranking shallow on laydowns. If you find fallin deep trees next to cypress trees you can do very well. Fish are on the deep trees if you can find them.

Boulders
A lot of fish were found on points near boulders or any other type of structure. If the bite is tough, jerk baits can also lure fish that aren't wanting to bite, out of brush piles. Natural colors mainly.

Lake Murray is full of big fish if you slow down and fish a drop shot. The two biggest fish of are tournament were on drop shots with cane piles near by. Fish are also on ledges and will come up schooling if you hit them at the right time. Perfect time to go is sunny with light wind. Keep fishing never stop!!!

The Copper River is fishing decent at the moment. If you find the right mats you will find quality fish. Big fish are in the mats and numbers are in the ditches/channels. Don’t fish too fast because you will skip over fish and when there is one there are usually a few more.

Conditions were over cast and mixed rain with 6-12 mph wind. I targeted main lake points and humps with shallow rock and that had wind blowing in on them. You didn’t have to make many casts to know if they were there and biting. I didn’t make more than 10 casts on anyone spot before moving to the next.

We had over cast all morning with 6-12 mph winds. I covered a lot of water in pockets off the main lake with any sort of little laydowns or shallow rock. The biggest key was fishing the windy side of the pocket, and that’s where the better quality bites came from. The lake has began its turnover, but the water in GA Little river still had some good clarity to it. It won’t be long before the lake looks like coffee.
