We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Digital Merchandiser to manage our online product catalog and support the execution of digital merchandising strategies. This role involves maintaining product information, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with the Merchandising team, including the Head Merchandiser and Buyer, to achieve marketing, sales, and conversion goals.
- Manage and expand our online product catalog by creating unique product descriptions, selecting accurate images, enhancing product presentation with videos, and providing detailed specifications to maintain competitive pricing
- Ensure products are properly tagged and set up for content and operations teams
- Collaborate with the buyer on initial product orders, coordinate with the content team on calendar updates, and communicate with operations regarding timing
- Partner with brands and brand ambassadors to obtain digital assets
- Oversee product details, including inventory costing and pricing, UPCs, part numbers, and dimensions
- Troubleshoot UPC and SKU issues/errors from manufacturers
- Support the maintenance of vendor-owned inventory assortment statuses
- Provide input on website functionalities and shopping experience by collaborating with the tech team
- Assist with the Excess/Obsolete process to maintain optimal inventory health
This position may require occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 40lbs).
