Kaleb Brown's Lake Hartwell Tournament Win Breakdown

What's up everybody, this is Omnia Fishing's Current Conditions Report. How's it going guys, Kaleb Brown from Lander University and Cole Moulton from Lander University. And we're coming off a big win here on Lake Hartwell. Today we're going to talk to you about catching big spots and big largemouth in the fall out on Lake Hartwell. So in this tournament on Lake Hartwell, we targeted shallow brush piles and deep brush piles along with deep timber and shallow timber using our live scope to find these spots and target them as best as we could. We also targeted hard spots out there, rock pile stumps, road beds, as well as shallow flats of bait on. But our main key out there was looking for the clean water that already turned over. So a couple key baits for us this week. One was the beast coast fishing, baby dozer jig. This is in the 5/8 oz in the dark green pumpkin color. I paired that up with a Zoom Junior Z-Craw in the green pumpkin blue color. Targeted brush piles and timber with that, utilizing for facing sonar with it and dragging it through the thick cover. Another bait that we threw up fish when they were positioned higher from the water column and tried to call them up out of cover was the Storm Chug Bug. Okay, two more baits we used out on Lake Hartwell was the beast coast fishing, open water sniper. This one's in dirt bag, it's half ounce and I used the Missile Baits mini d-chunk in green pumpkin as a trailer. We also used a quarter ounce spot remover shaky head with a Berkley Maxcent hit worm on the back in green pumpkin. We used this to target brush, timber and all that stuff and this was our main player in open water around bait and on those big flats.
