Hey guys, Jason Christie here at Elite Series Pro and I want to give you the rundown on my home like Lake Tenkiller. It's kind of a highland reservoir, 15 to 17,000 acres and on the upper end, you got anywhere from a foot to two foot visibility on the lower end. It can be from five to 10. So we have it's pretty diverse. Some of the things that I look for out there and it's fishing, so it changes. We have a lot of buck bushes and stuff around, so anytime the water's high on Lake Tenkiller, you're going to see me in the bushes. And when I'm in the bushes, I'm going to be flipping, spinning or baiting and stuff like that. And one of my favorite baits there since the water is clear is a yum spine crawl. It's really quick through the bushes. It's not a big bait, so those fish are going to get it in their mouth good and I have a really, really good chance of getting them out. 25 pound shooter. I don't want to get broke off in those bushes. So one of the things I look for is flooded bushes. Another thing is, you know, in the late spring and the fall out there, we have a lot of smallmouth. And whenever I'm smallmouth fishing, I want to be on the bottom two thirds of the lake. And what's better? Smallmouth fishing that I spoke. I mean, you can cover miles and miles of water. And when I'm fishing this, you know, I'm looking for points . I'm looking for brush piles. I'm looking for bait. I'm looking for wind. Just anything that's kind of isolated. A smallmouth, he wants to own his piece of cover. And when I throw him the spook, you know, I like braid to a monofilament leader. That's a one knocker spook, you know, a falcon expert, and then a lose hyper mag there. So anytime, you know, these fish are up shallow, spooks are great bait. Also, spinner bait down there like burning a spinner bait. I remember 15 years ago going out there and, you know, just burning the bites you get. I mean, it's just like somebody comes up and cuts your line and you cannot reel it too fast. I mean, you want to reel it. If you're not breaking a sweat reel on the spinner bait, you're not real on that fast enough. And, you know, the setup 20 pound shooter, a fast, hyper mag. This is a 7.5 and a 7.4 cara. Those are the three techniques that will get you by on 10k.
