Berkley FluoroShield is the best of both worlds; a co-polymer core with a fluorocarbon coating, resulting in a super-strong, abrasion-resistant line that is transparent underwater. The fluorocarbon coating “shields” the inner co-polymer making it nearly invisible underwater and abrasion-resistant while remaining manageable for optimized casting distance.
