Teams wishing to fish the NWTT Tournament of Champions must qualify by either: A) entering at least 2 regular season NWTT events -OR- B) achieving a top 3 finish at any regular season NWTT event Smallmouth bass will be off-limits for this event as the season will be closed. Access: Lower Hay Lake Public Water Access Check-in: 6:40 AM Take-off: 7:00 AM Weigh-in: 2:00 PM at access
