bass were in thicker patches of weeds in 10-15 feet of water. had a bite or two on a dropshot but jigs were definitely more effective. Early in the morning we did get a few on a frog but they were small

heavy fog in the morning had fish scattered and no matter what we threw choppo, jerkbait, jigs, etc nothing was biting. once the fog burned off it was full sun no wind and the bass set up on laydowns, docks and moored boats. My best bait was a shorter dropshot on the ends of laydowns. Slow day overall
