The fish are moving around and are really everywhere. Just cover water and look for bait. The fish are anywhere from the bank to offshore structure.

Water was cold. Bluebird skies. Bass were located in 12' of water for me. Some anglers reported suspended bass and used A Rigs to get them. I focused on points and rock with the drop shot and some ned rig. Fishing was very slow. Caught 6 spotted bass. Caught a couple of smallies the day before.
