Fished a local bass event May 21st. Fish were just coming off of the spawn. I spent most of my day fishing docks and laydowns. As of late my favorite pitching bait has been the Berkley Creature Hawg paired with a Vmc Ringed EWG hook. Most of the docks are in shallow water 3 ft or less so I used a 1/4 ounce weight. I Used a swim jig as well for a few upgrades along rip rap banks paired with a zoom ultra speed craw.
