Had a nice evening at Buhl Lake. The two best baits were the Cover Scat & Fat Swing Impact. The Z-Man Bulletz jig head pairs nicely with a 3.3" Keitech (a drop of superglue helps). It comes through weeds easily with no snags. Of course, a dab of chartreuse Spike-It on the tail helps

Had a good day fishing from a rented boat. Senko #912 & cover scat green pumpkin with blue flake worked today. Dipped the tip of the Senko tail in spike-it to more mimic the bluegills. Also adding the Z-Man rattle snakers in the cover scat helped.
