Fishing the river/storm drain inlet and outlets. Cast out and let the worm sink to the bottom. If it's not hit on the fall, give it a few pops and let it sink again. Repeat the process on a slow retrieve. I have caught many good bass fishing this area and method on this lake.

Carver has a weed edge that surrounds the entire lake from shore to about 15’ out. Pitching a wacky rigged worm into pockets of this vegetation has produced both a good quantity and quality of fish. There is an excellent opportunity to sight fish from the boardwalk near the east end of the lake.
