With all the rain this spring the water level was up flooding some brush and grass. Pike were ambushing smimbaits of all sizes as we rolled them through the flooded cover in about 3-4 feet of water. The Z-Man Drew's rod is great especially for a younger kid and handled the feisty pike!

Tuesday we landed 79 walleye and kept 5 in the slot. Kalin’s Google Eye Live Bait Jig with minnow remain top presentation.

Equipment used St Croix Eyecon Rod, Abu Garcia SX Spinning Reel, Kalins 1/4 Google Eye live bait jig with minnow. Several boats landed Sturgeon at Castle Rock Dam on Wednesday!

She went 28” and weighed 9.3 lbs and a new Personal Best for this species. Fishing has been excellent below Castle Rock Lake Dam. Ended the day catching over 100 walleye. Recently have caught multiple species including Sturgeon, Muskie and Perch.

The fishing been great over the last 3 weeks below Castle Rock Lake Dam. Been catching Walleye, Muskie, and Sturgeon.
