Only fished an hour or so while testing a few things on the boat. Caught 3-4 nice ones pitching a jig around trash weeds and pads near the landing.

There are only a few areas on the lake where there are good deep pads. This time of year seems like most of the bigger fish are on the outside clumps or way back in the thick stuff. AS summer progresses, you will see on the hot sunny days their deep pads load up with larger fish and son be fun to catch with a fro or a flipping jig. Docks are always adoption as well however they sem to only be good before they spray the lake. After the vegetation dies, there's not much up there to hold fish.
