      East bay lake has dirtied up a lot and is fishing tougher than any of the other lakes in the Cisco Chain of lakes. I found largemouth in Lilly pads and caught them fishing a swim jig very slowly. They were hanging out on the edges of isolated groups of Lilly pads with flooded bushes nearby. Water is stirred up and dirty but there are still fish to be caught just slow down your approach and you should be able to pick off a few better fish.
