Caught fish in 12-14 on isolated grass patches. Using 360 to isolate and pitch at them and just shake the drop shot near and in the patches (depending on how tall or large the grass patch was). Also fished around sunny beds found in 5 foot of water. Lost a 4.5 pounder that would have jumped us up to second place, but still a fun derby.

Water temp around 72-74. Look for semi deep weedlines 10-12ft. Used drop shot and had a decent bite. Slow speed was the ticket as they were kinda finicky. Green pumpkin seemed to be the best color for the day.

Fish frogs slow around docks and cattails. Fish the swimbait in similar areas where you see a lot of sunfish. Look for the warmest water.
