We fished the north end of Guntersville out of Goose Pond this afternoon. A front came through before we went out so it may have got the fish in a funk. The bite was tough. We caught about 15 fish in 5 hours but not many good ones. We started off ledge fishing and didn’t get bit so we went to a grass edge right next to the main river channel and found fish suspended in about 5-8 ft of water so a shallow jerkbait was a key bait to get bit. We caught about 10 on that pattern but only 1 keepers but did lose a 3 1/2 lb spotted bass right at the boat. Then we moved to some grass in 3-4 ft of water and caught some 3 pounders on a chatterbait to end the day. Find me on youtube at https://www.youtube.com/ @aandwoutdoors
