Worked the crank from shallow to deep on a slight trough focusing on the weed line. Big crank but worked it like a square bill (burn pause, burn pause), she came out from the weed edge and chased it for about 10ft before committing to the bite. Megabass deep-six has a tight wobble and more of a deep knock to it, perfect for cold water reaction strikes.

Culmination of my last few trips combined. Caught 57 on Sunday and the majority of them came off two rock piles where they were schooled up and feeding like crazy. Pitch in a scounbug bug, couple short hops, let it soak and feel for a bite. Rinse and repeat. Was getting them every other cast. Be sure to check your line often, those rocks are sharp!
