Largemouth Bass
TechniqueUmbrella RigsSeasonWinterStructureLedgesI primarily was using my Garmin livescope to find fish on small ledges that the creek channel ran by. I also found a large portion of fish on deeper docks. The fish are really aggressive in the body of water and aren’t afraid to eat big baits. All you have to do is throw the A rig out there and sink it next to the bottom. Many of the fish are sitting in the rocks next to the ledge and they will rise up to eat the bait!

TechniqueShallow Diving Crankbaits (0-6')SeasonSpring (Pre-Spawn)StructureRip RapOne of the easiest ways to catch fish on Lake Arlington in the late winter or early spawn is by cranking rock piles and rip raps with shallow crankbaits right along the rocks. As the sun heats up the rocks throughout the day, these fish will feed and hunt cruising up and down these long stretches of rock walls and rip rap along docks and main lake points. Run an OG tiny or Strike King square bill in a shad color along these rocks as the day progresses and you are almost guaranteed to smash 'em.
