Had them schooled up shallow on the weed flats with stumps on them. I was burning a swim jig over the top and also dropping it in the holes and near the stumps. The majority of the fish in the lake were this shallow and it was a blast.

Look for laydowns in shallow bays. Water temp was 61 degrees. Float a minnow under a slip bobber. As simple as it gets.
