Fishing in 8 feet on docks with a wacky rig working it very slow

Went out to Geneva for 4 days, was able to get 2 walleyes, a bunch of largemouths, and a ton of rock bass. The walleyes were something I was watching, it seemed the ones that wanted to bite were shallow. Compared to the deep ones where they didn’t want to bite nor touch anything. The shallow guys were more active and aggressive, the deep guys were dormant. This is something to keep an eye out for as the season continues, good luck y’all!
