During the summer, Lake Geneva can become the most productive pike lake around. Go to about 30-40ft or water on a kayak or boat and cast out a Chatterbait. Let it sink and get above the weedlines, start to reel it in, including some fast jerks of the rod once and a while. In a matter of 1 hour you’ll have pike, musky, walleye, Largies, smallies, and everything around in the boat. Try this out, you won’t be disappointed.

Was able to get some largemouth off beds today. Bite overall was tough with fish being really finicky. Had to work for those fish on beds. Right now smallmouth seem to have more weight to them so if you’re in an upcoming tournament try to target those if you can. The Hazedong shad was the bait that got most the fish off the beds.
