Find rock piles in the 18 to 25 foot range. Position your boat face the rock pile in the direction of the wind, as it blows across the rocks. Make a long cast and grind your 6 or 8xd along the bottom and hang on!

On my way home from the MLF Pro Circuit even on Champlain I stopped with my wife at Lake George for the first time ever. This lake is absolutely loaded with fish! In 4 hours of fishing we caught over 50 largemouth and smallmouth bass. She had the biggest one pushing 4lbs, a largemouth bass. The water temp was in the mid 70's and had these fish offshore in 20-40' of water eating alewives and perch. We keyed in on them using a dropshot with a Z-Man Trick Shotz as our bait of choice and a 1/2oz Angler Tungsten weight. Elaztech baits were key when catching these fish with us only going through one pack!

found largemouth in 12 to 20' where there was a mix or rocks and grass. throwing a heavy drop shot and dragging it similar to a carolina rig put a couple of 4 pounders in the boat along with a bunch of 1.5 to 3 pounders
