They went for the bladed lure to start, then I switched over to a slower presentation, which seemed to work reasonably well.

Fished the last stop of the MinnYak Bass Fishing League and caught so many fish on a Jigworm that I lost count. Picked up a couple stragglers on a spinnerbait and DT 8 and also picked off a couple throwing a swimjig through the pencil reeds.

Sandy flats, anything black with blue fleck. Packs of 4-5 largemouth and smallmouth cruisers, catch one and the smallmouth will eat anything behind it.

Trolling speeds varied from 1.2-1.5 mpg. Gold and perch colored blades seemed to be the ticket. Found a variety of species such as large pike and even small mouth.
