A lot of storms made for tough fishing. The only way I managed any bites was slow rolling a spinnerbait along the bottom, and even those were few and far between.

After the cool weather of hurricane Ida I stuck to slower presentations. Hopping a medium sized jig on bottom and letting it sit produced some fish, but a weightless Texas rigged senko really did the trick. I landed a bunch of fish on the fall with the senko, in about 5 ft of water around docks and grass.
