      The big ones are moving up so now it’s time for some shallow water fishing. The big bass shown was the first fish of the day weighing 6lbs 13oz. I was flipping the Dirty Jigs Matt Herren Flipping jig in Canterbury Crunch.(Couldn’t find it, so I chose Green Pumpkin) I paired the jig with the Missile Baits mini D chunk for a large but compact size to mimic a bluegill. I’m we started out on the dam leading into a spawning pocket which produced majority of our bites during the day.
