Water temp was 85 degrees. Top water should turn on shortly. Caught one on a bone colored choppo. Then went the dropshot route with roboworms in shad or green pumpkin. Mustad alpha finesse hooks had them hooked in about 10-18 ft.

Pre storm conditions. 15-25 ft on reefs and main lake points held bass. 6 in Roboworms dropshot with 1/4 oz tungsten worked today. MM III and morning dawn were hot colors. Nothing big, just 1.5 to 2.5 lbrs.

Went out looking for both Largemouth and Striped Bass. Had some strikes on 6th sense divine swimbait (Pro Shad) but none that committed. Caught roughly 6 early in morning. Targeting schooling stripers in around 35-55 feet of water with 6th Sense Flutter Spoon. 2 Largemouth were in 20-30 foot of water off points. Caught around 5 White bass throughout day off main lake rocky edges 20-25 foot of water. All my fish were caught on Flutter spoon. Been a good bait these summer months. Spoons are undervalued bait and glad they are slowly making a comeback. Go get yourself some spoons, a lot of fun and fish to be caught.
