7/29/22 water temperature 76. Fishing offshore rockpile transition areas. Depth was 7 to 12 ft. Fished a 3/8oz. All terrain jig with a zoom speed craw both in green pumpkin. Also fished a netbait 2 1/2 in. tube in the same color. We used an orange spike-it marker to accent these baits. A slow retrieve with several intermittent quick turns of the handle triggered the bites.

8/20/2022 Fished off shore rock ridges in 7 to 12 ft of water. Fished a variety of baits but a 4 " chompers twin tail on a 5/16 oz. head was easily the best bait of the day. Adding orange highlights with a spike-it marker seemed to make a difference.
