We worked the weed edges and flats and rolled these baits over fish. When they ate it was pretty aggressive. Weeds are still nice and green and there was a lot of bait everywhere.

Late fall gets tough but these lures were absolutely outstanding, catching multiple big bass. I love the D- T 10 because it gets to its set depth and stays there allowing you to pick and chose depending on the depth, for example if I’m in 15ft of water a lure that stays at 10ft is great. Highly recommend all of these products, because they work well and have great lifespans.

Coontail and Milfoil Rule the game on this lake for the most part from early to late summer. Targeting patchy and matted vegetation with a Texas rig weedless craw tube, creature bait or your favorite flipping bait is a consistent way to catch both numbers and size. I rig my Texas rig with a 3/8 to 5/8s bullet weight, a VMC Ringed HD wide gap hook sized to my lure of choice (most often 4/0). Additionally don't sleep on the deep off shore rock piles and sand patches scattered throughout the lake.

Last club tourney of the year and it was a grind for most of us. Spent hours out on the reefs throwing finesse drop shots, ned rigs and jig worms with few bites. My partner did get his limit on the jig worm but for myself, all bites came on the chatter bait once we moved shallow and were fishing around the Reeds.

The Berkley Ca$h Out was a bait I started using this year and has really built up confidence in my dropshot game. They just really seem the have great action and just catch fish!

Drop shot fish were caught in 14-16 feet. Didn't need to soak it much, they would eat on the fall or while it was sitting there while twitching the rod tip. The thickest clumps of coontail produced the biggest bites

Flat calm conditions made it tough today. We had to keep on the move to get bit. Our best spots were where rock met weed line. The Ned rigs put the most fish in the boat, but a few came on drop shots as well.
