Top water bite was on fire this morning with the fog. Key was to hit weeds that were nearly to the top around weeds that were matted on top of the water with some current from the breeze. Would take right as you pulled out of the emerged weeds above the submerged weeds on either side of the mat. Needed to hit before winds creates too much of a ripple and the fog cleared

Key today was foggy cover with some light chop on top of the water. Used the Hornet 5.5 in the Perch color. Believe the wobble of the hornet and the speed were more important factors than the color. Key was to stay along the ledge edge between 10-15’ deep and key areas where there are 1-2 fr changes. Depending on the sun and wind they were found on the deeper edge or the top it was dependent on the conditions.
