Water temp is about 82 degrees. With the clear skies it took covering water to put fish in the boat. Seemed the most consistent areas where you would find the highest opportunity for multiple fish in a location was very small changes in bottom hardness/composition. Very small changes mattered the most. Had a variety of fish including walleye, bluegill and northern all on bottom bouncers with spinners. Boat traffic would spread the fish out as at times you’d pick up a few in a spot then traffic would go through and would need time before they reappeared. Find quieter waters, with small changes in bottom and inside turns/humps.

With the 4th of July boat traffic it was tough to get away but it paid off. Attempted to pitch jigs, ned rigs and senkos towards emerged weeds and docks but with the traffic and pressure the bite was tough. The water was very murky and stained, with visibility about 1-2 feet across the lake. Managed to find a shoreline with some good submerged weeds and were able to utilize a chatterbait above the weeds to key in on a reaction bite.
