Water temp 84-86, water clarity 1.5-2.5ft. I made it out after work and didn't think it was going to be a good day for fishing at all. It was slick calm with no wind and hottt! The day was not one of my "i'm going to catch a giant days." I was fishing a point sitting in about 23ft of water casting to a brush in around 16-18ft. I sunk a very light drop shot down to the pile with my California 420 Zoom trickworm. She ate it and started peeling drag. The lake has warmed up a bit since the cold front and the bass are starting to spread out again. They were really grouped up the last couple weeks chasing bait but now its pick one off and move. Good luck y'all!
