Fish were feeding heavily on small minnows and were spitting up minnows as they came to the boat and then spit up some inside the boat.

Quick outing before work, the water was very warm! The lily pads are starting to come in, almost breaking surface. Aggressively fished the shoreline with swim jigs primarily, but also with chatter and spinnerbaits. My retrieval was fairly fast, and I only casted to irregularities in the reeds and whatever laydowns were present. Managed to get several over an hour or so doing this. All the fish seem very active, gills were shallow and schools of tiny perch were following my baits.
