Crappies have been moving to the banks to spawn. Areas replenish themselves throughout the day. We were able to catch them on multiple jigs but the road runner proved best.

It was HOT on the lake. The water temps have increased around 5 degrees in a week. A majority of fish caught were still pre-spawn. All fish were caught shallow, seemingly cruising the bank. It seemed like it was a timing issue to catch anything. Waiting on one spot for 2 hours just for the fish to come up and be caught was my trick for success. I would expect this same pattern to continue up until the spawn. -TIGHT LINES!
