New lake for us but productive. Weather was not favorable at all. Rain most all of the day, heavy at times. Heavy overcast the entire day. Air temperature was around 58 all day. In a 6 hour span, we caught 16 largemouth of various size. Most (and the larger ones) were caught on rip rap with a lipless crankbait. We had some success with a green pumpkin tube on a jig head. Also, some success on a green pumpkin Senko, wacky rigged on a drop shot around laydowns. Overall, just look for the "fishy" looking spots for fishing a river and be slow, thorough and persistent.
