I fished this lake for the past 2 days with good success. I had a limit today within an hour. The water temp started off in the upper 40’s and topped out at 53. It caught most of my fish in the upper river section in 2’ of water. The are chasing shad around. I caught 1 fish on a top water yesterday. Most of my fish came on a Berkley Slobber Knocker in white and chartreuse with a Reaction Innovation Skinny Dipper trailer in sexy shad color. I caught a few on a bandito bug in Okeechobee craw. Fish around brush piles in some shallow water.
